CEB Electric Bike Hire and Tours - Discontinued

CEB offers rental Electric Bikes and Tours around Canberra. A brilliant way to get familiar with the joys of electric pedal assist and experience the best way to see Canberra.

If after renting one of our ebikes you want to buy one we will credit you the hire amount towards a new ebike. Within a two week period.  

We offer three different ebikes for hire for single day or multiple days.

1. Velectrix Urban Step Over (11ah Battery - Cable Brakes and Fixed Fork)
2. Velectrix Urban Step through (11ah Battery - Cable Brakes Fixed Fork)
3. Apollo Eon (12 AH Battery - Cable Brakes and Suspension)

We provide instruction on use of the bikes, a local map, helmet, lock and links to popular rides starting from our shop in Franklin.

What we need from you.

We will need to hold a valid drivers license or a Passport if you are visiting from overseas. Please bring that with you. In addition you will need to pay a safety deposit of $200 which is a pre authorisation on your credit card or a cash payment. Fully refundable when the bike is returned in working order after a check over.

For all rental and tour participants we can credit you the full amount you pay towards the cost of a new electric bike or a  conversion kit installed on your existing bike. There is no better way to see if an ebike is going to work for you than spending the day on one.
